About the event
Join artist Katherine Moore for a hands-on introduction to the art of linocut printmaking.
In this two-hour workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of designing, carving, and printing their own original linocut artwork on paper.
Katherine will guide participants through the basic techniques of creating a simple design, transferring it to a carving block, safely carving the image, applying ink, and producing a finished print.
This workshop is perfect for beginners who are interested in exploring the creative and tactile process of traditional relief printmaking.
No previous printmaking experience is required.
