The Common Works is becoming Cochrane’s first creative hub and makerspace—a place where artists, makers, and dreamers can work, share, and build together. We’ve secured a 4,600 square foot space in downtown Cochrane, with renovations beginning this fall and doors opening early 2026.

To launch, we are seeking $150,000 in start-up investment. This funding will cover renovations, equipment, and opening costs. In return, investors will receive equity ownership in The Common Works Inc.
