The Common Works is becoming Cochrane’s first creative hub and makerspace—a place where artists, makers, and dreamers can work, share, and build together. We’ve secured a 4,600 square foot space in downtown Cochrane, with renovations beginning this fall and doors opening in time for Cochrane Light Up 2025.

To launch, we are seeking $250,000 in start-up investment. This funding will cover renovations, equipment, and opening costs. In return, investors will receive equity ownership in The Common Works Inc., recognition as Founding Funders, and exclusive lifetime membership benefits. Early investors will also have the opportunity to help guide our direction as part of our Board of Directors.
